Haven Phone uses a dual-axis clinical decision support system: respiratory pattern analysis (breathing rate, depth, regularity) and voice affect detection (arousal level from speech characteristics). Both run through a DCT-II encoder that irreversibly destroys identifying information while preserving diagnostic signal. Three independent reconstruction attacks achieved 0% speaker identification.
